Head of Sales - Food Ingredients
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced commercial leader to take on a Head of Sales role with a leading food ingredients company.
The company supplies unique ingredient solutions to customers across the food industry.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide a capable sales team, manage key accounts, and shape the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a clear, growth-focused sales strategy.
Lead and mentor a small team of high-performing sales professionals.
Manage key customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Collaborate with technical, operations and finance teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Ideal Background
8+ years' experience in sales or commercial management within food ingredients.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing customer partnerships.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing and motivating teams.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Science (preferred).
