Job Title: Administrative Support Professional
This role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and credit notes in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
* Verify quantities and pricing on invoices and match them to purchase orders and delivery dockets.
* Ensure adherence to procurement, financial, and audit regulations.
* Prepare and process supplier payments according to payment schedules.
Administrative and Clerical Assistance
* Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Finance Department, handling various tasks and responsibilities.
* Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
* Ensure that financial records are properly stored, managed, and retained in accordance with company policies.
