Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional service and consistent drink quality.
2. Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to a high standard.
3. Assist in stock management, ordering, and maintaining bar presentation.
4. Contribute ideas for new cocktails and seasonal menus.
5. Train and support junior bar staff as required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years experience as a bartender or mixologist in a busy hospitality environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and mixology trends.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
