Product Development Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled product development engineer to lead our team in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee new R&D led projects including New Product Introduction (NPI) in our manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
* Develop validation protocols for trials, manage and execute trials, and write comprehensive trial reports.
* Manage product, process, and supplier changes that impact products manufactured on site.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, or Chemistry.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector.
