My client is a well-established, mid-size general practice firm based in South Dublin, and they are seeking a talented solicitor with 2–3 years' post-qualification experience to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor to develop a varied practice, advising individual clients on contentious employment matters while also contributing to an active conveyancing caseload.
The Role
The employment side of the role is employee-focused and primarily contentious in nature. You will advise and represent clients across a wide range of workplace disputes, including:
Unfair and constructive dismissal claims
Redundancy and restructuring disputes
Discrimination and equality complaints
Workplace bullying and harassment matters
Representation before the WRC and Labour Court
Alongside your employment practice, you will handle residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions, and prior experience in this area would be a distinct advantage.
The Candidate
2–3 years' PQE with a meaningful focus on contentious employment law
Experience in conveyancing, or a genuine interest in developing this area
Strong advocacy, drafting, and client-handling skills
A client-centred approach and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism
Admission to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
What's on Offer
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Clear pathway for career development and progression
Collaborative and collegial working environment
Convenient South Dublin location with hybrid working considered
If you are looking to take the next step in your career with a firm that values quality work and professional growth, we would be delighted to hear from you.
