Project Coordinator - Residential Construction
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the delivery of a large residential housing development in North Tipperary. Your key role will involve:
* Evaluating and executing construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data management systems.
* Supporting senior project managers with site operations and quality control.
* Fostering a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility on-site.
To succeed in this challenging position, you should possess:
* A degree in Engineering or a related field.
* No less than 24 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in residential construction.
* Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and industry standards.
* Familiarity with Irish Water and ESB regulations is an asset.
