Production Lead - Joinery
Oversee daily production, champion process excellence and ensure quality, productivity, and cost management.
* Lead joinery operations ensuring quality, output, productivity and cost efficiency.
* Work closely with other departments to deliver projects on-time and cost-effectively.
* Mentor, train and motivate the joinery team in process improvement tools and best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
* Champion and implement process excellence principles and tools across the facility.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Organize joinery production workflow and manage resource allocation.
2. Ensure timely execution of production plans and monitor key performance indicators.
3. Support development and implementation of joinery standard operating procedures.
* 3 years experience in a leadership role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify and solve operational problems proactively.
