Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO as CFO you will provide strategic financial leadership during a significant transitional phase for our clients business, ensuring the delivery of organic performance and the efficient deployment of capital across an aggressive M&A strategy.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven finance leader who can quickly integrate into the Group, take ownership of strategic initiatives, develop the finance functions, and foster stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team during a period of growth following a buy-and-build strategy.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader. Expertise in equity and debt stakeholder management, corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting and risk management is essential. Experience integrating finance functions post-M&A and driving ERP or system consolidations would also be highly desirable.
