Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and take responsibility for patient care.
Contribute to clinical governance and service strategy.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legislation.
Support, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor and improve standards of care through audits and action plans.
Promote advocacy for patients' rights and best interests.
Requirements:
Full registration (general and specialist) with the Irish Medical Council.
Senior leadership experience in mental health services or large healthcare organisations.
Experience in psychiatric practice across diverse settings.
