About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated ServiceNow Analyst to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. You’ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform — ensuring it meets business needs and operates efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of ServiceNow experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility in process improvement, configuration, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including user management, workflows, forms, and service catalog items.
* Assist with the design, configuration, and rollout of new ServiceNow modules and features (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents or issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support business decision-making.
* Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
* Support testing, documentation, and training activities for new features and updates.
* Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and internal governance standards.
* Work with vendors or internal developers to coordinate platform upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow administration or analysis.
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
* Experience with ServiceNow configuration, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
* Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Nice to Have
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITSM Fundamentals certification.
* Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
* Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
* Basic understanding of integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
