Job Description
We are recruiting a Quality Technician to join our high-performance operations in Burnfoot.
This role supports the inspection and verification of product quality throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform inspections and quality testing throughout production processes.
* Document inspection results and report non-conformances.
* Calibrate and maintain quality tools and equipment.
* Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvement initiatives.
* Support additional duties as required to meet operational goals.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience
* Demonstrable experience in quality, engineering, or a similar technical field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience
* Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality methodologies.
* Experience with switchgear, UPS, CRAC units, STS, or busbar systems.
Additional Information
* Frequent standing and working within a manufacturing environment; PPE required.
