Accounts Assistant Financial Assist with accounts payable and receivable using ABM Raise client invoices and match purchase orders Contribute to month-end and annual financial reports Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations and posting Ad hoc duties to be performed as and when required Operations Maintain records and assist with inventory tracking Support cross-functional teams with general admin tasks Skills & Experience 3-5 years' experience in a finance or admin role (or similar) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communicator and team player Willingness to learn and grow across departments Use of ABM would be an advantage Qualified Accounting Technician/part-qualified Accountant desirable but not essential Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel Key attributes also necessary include efficient work methods, working both as part of a team and on own initiative and good interpersonal skills Hours 9.00am - 17.30pm ( 1 hr lunch ) Monday - Friday This is a full time position.
