What You'll Be Doing As Practice Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, and helping the practice thrive. Your day-to-day will include: * Keeping the practice running smoothly – staff, rota, stock and office management * Supporting and motivating our fantastic team * Handling finances, reporting and liaising with the central operations team * Helping with recruitment, HR and staff development * Building strong client relationships and supporting our practice reputation * Getting involved in business development and practice growth initiatives It's a role where no two days are the same – and your ideas and input will really make a difference.
