Deputy Manager Job Description
We are seeking a senior team member to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of our store. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and managing the team to deliver great service, availability, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present
* Leading communication in the store and creating an environment of two-way communication
* Reviewing reports and systems to enable improvements
* Coaching and managing colleagues to meet daily priorities
* Leveraging retail management experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction
