Administrative Services Manager
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth running environment.
* Office management: coordination and supervision of all aspects of office administration.
* Client services: reception and assistance to clients and visitors.
* Correspondence management: handling of all incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, scanning and renaming of documents.
* Facilities management: oversight of maintenance, supplies and IT projects.

* Stakeholder collaboration: working closely with internal groups to provide administrative support.

* Point of contact: being the main point of contact for internal queries and processes.
* Maintenance and repair: operating office machinery and resolving technical issues.
* General administration: providing general support to the business as needed.
* Health and safety compliance: adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Process optimization: identifying areas for improvement in office procedures and systems.
