Effective Payroll Management is crucial for the success of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
You will work closely with department managers to verify payroll data, handle employee queries with professionalism, and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaboration with the HR team is essential to ensure seamless staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract changes and accommodation deductions. Additionally, you will prepare weekly payroll cost reports, manage monthly journal entries, and guarantee all statutory returns are submitted via ROS.
This role requires an individual who can thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. A minimum of two years' experience in high-volume payroll environments is necessary, as well as a strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and benefits administration.
