EZ Living Interiors are recruiting for an Junior Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in our Head Office in Little Island.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Posting Invoices on Intact system.
Performing office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.
Matching Invoices to PO's and resolving discrepancies.
Reconciliation of supplier statements at month end.
Assisting accounts payable manager, ensuring all invoices & payments are on the system for month end.
Undertake any other reasonable finance/accounts/admin duties & projects which may be required/necessary as part of the role.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in an Administration role
an advantage.
Experience with full Office Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Exceptional standard of communication skills, both written (English) and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Strong attention to detail skills and process focused.
Excellent time management, analytical and organised.
Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
