About Your New Job as a Senior Architectural Technologist
Lead and manage architectural projects across all work stages.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and consultants.
Resolve complex design and technical issues efficiently.
Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
What Skills You Need as a Senior Architectural Technologist
Extensive experience in an architectural practice with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
