Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee the effective deployment and management of key operational readiness elements.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant third-level qualification, >5 years of experience in high-paced working environments, and a proven track record of delivering medium to large cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project management for a subset of workstreams within the Operational Readiness program.
* Drive progress, identify & mitigate roadblocks, and iterate plans with cross-functional teams.
* Introduce metrics, dashboards, and measurements to accurately measure business performance/workstream progress.
Required Skills:
* Relevant third-level qualification.
