Front Desk Receptionist

The role of a Front Desk Receptionist is to provide exceptional guest experiences by managing all reception duties and working as part of the wider Front Office Team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all reception duties, including checking in guests, handling queries and providing assistance.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide service beyond expectations to ensure complete satisfaction.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or establishment.
* A team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail orientated with desire to progress within the hospitality industry.
