Job Title: Claims Delegated Authorities Manager
We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee global claims delegated authority relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Allianz standards. Your team is dedicated to enabling a compliant, efficient, and effective process of delegating claims handling authority.
The Impact You Will Have:
* You will report to the Claims Strategic Partnership Manager and collaborate with Claims Business Owners across various Lines of Business and jurisdictions.
* You will support Governance and Compliance throughout the Delegated Authority lifecycle, working closely with a cross-functional Facilities team.
* You will manage Governance and Compliance throughout the Delegated Authority's lifetime, including evaluating third-party capabilities, providing consultation and guidance, and collaborating on delegation of authority and financial authority level.
* You will ensure claims due diligence is regularly documented and updated, lead contract negotiations from a Claims perspective, and coordinate the audit process.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Claims Delegated Authority Manager or Senior Claims Handler with extensive work in delegated authority arrangements.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, customer mindset, and cooperative approach.
* Good understanding of claims requirements (min 5 years) and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
