Job Overview
The Provider Systems Team Lead will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems across Ireland.
This position will lead the deployment of key inpatient clinical applications, including Order Management and IMO capabilities, to drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serving as a liaison between clinicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers to ensure system design meets clinical documentation and workflow needs.
* Recommending policy changes and process improvements related to clinician/provider use of the system to drive efficiencies and improve outcomes.
* Cross-functional coordination with clinician/provider teams during transition to ensure seamless implementation.
Role Requirements
A minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare clinical/provider operations is required, along with a clinical degree (e.g., medical, nursing, allied health professional) and demonstrated clinical systems experience.
Familiarity with clinician/provider workflows, clinical safety practices, and quality reporting standards is essential for success in this role.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills are necessary to drive successful EHR implementations.
