Technical Leader in Pharmacy Automation
This role involves leading the design, development and delivery of scalable software systems.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex development environment and a clear understanding of quality management systems.
* They will also possess demonstrated analytical, decision-making, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
The technical leader will be responsible for the design and development of medical device products from early-stage ideas to new product launches and sustaining line extensions and new product launches.
This is an embedded role in a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end development and marketing of pharmacy automation solutions with high software value contribution.
As part of our Core Team Operating Model, this role leads the design, development and delivery of scalable software systems including control software, interfaces and enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities include mentoring and developing talent assigned to the portfolio and representing R&D in the cross-functional development team.
