Branch Lead Personal Lines Insurance
The Branch Lead role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving operational delivery and growth of their assigned team. This individual will oversee the supervision of new business and renewal retention delivery in line with monthly targets, ensuring timely completion of associated processes and documentation.
* Oversight of quality and regulatory standards across all client interactions ensures an excellent customer experience.
* Responsible for ensuring that all required reporting and month end processes are completed on time.
* Maintains close communication and collaboration with other Branch Leads/Managers to ensure optimum client experience.
* Ongoing feedback takes place with each team member to drive performance improvement.
* Cascade company and team relevant updates to maintain alignment and progress.

* Experience & knowledge of the general insurance broking environment in both new business & renewals.
