About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to safely operate buses on scheduled routes across Limerick. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to passengers, adhering to timetables and operational procedures, handling cash fares, and completing end-of-shift cashing in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate buses on designated routes within Limerick.
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when interacting with passengers.
* Maintain strict adherence to schedules and operational protocols.
* Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Participate in a rotating roster that includes early, middle, and late shifts.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong focus on safety, responsibility, and professionalism. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. You should also be flexible to work across a 5/7 roster including weekends and varying shifts.
Requirements
We require candidates who hold a valid Irish category D driving license, up-to-date CPC & Tacho card, and are aged 21 or over (insurance requirement). Additional requirements include a strong emphasis on safety, responsibility, and professionalism.
