Water Infrastructure Project Manager
A Water Infrastructure Project Manager is required to oversee major water infrastructure projects across the Greater Dublin Area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer or Site Agent to join a reputable contractor and play a key leadership role in delivering essential water supply and wastewater network upgrades.
The projects involve the construction of large-diameter pipelines, water main replacements, and wastewater infrastructure upgrades, forming part of ongoing national programmes to improve water quality, reduce leakage, and secure supply for growing communities.
* Oversight of day-to-day project management from planning through to completion.
* Leading and coordinating site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Programme delivery, resource allocation, and materials procurement.
* Ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
* Liaising with clients, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities.
* Progress reporting, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
* Promoting a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture on-site.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years experience in civils or utilities projects, with strong knowledge of water infrastructure delivery.
* Proven track record managing water mains, pipelines, or wastewater network upgrades.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety, QA/QC, and environmental compliance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites across the Greater Dublin Area.
