Operations Management Position
We seek an experienced Operations Manager to lead our management team in a Co Mayo Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the hotel, ensuring guests receive high standards of service, and overseeing all departments.
* Develop new revenue streams and service opportunities
* Manage payroll costs across all departments
* Organize efficient event and food & beverage operations
* Ensure effective staff communication and recruitment processes
* Develop and implement employee training programs
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years managerial experience as a Hotel Operations/General Manager in a Wedding/Events focused Hotel. They should also possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
