Our organization seeks a seasoned Business Process Expert to support the delivery of key initiatives within the Transfer Agency function.
* Lead and manage project lifecycles from business case development through to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
* Create high-quality business requirement documents, functional specifications, and design documentation that meet stakeholder expectations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across global business lines to define and deliver process improvements for Transfer Agency operations.
* Act as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
* Support workshops, process mapping, and solution validation to ensure business needs are met effectively.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial services, preferably within Transfer Agency operations. They should also have demonstrated success working on change management or transformation projects, producing high-quality project artefacts, and delivering business process improvements.
