Join Haystack, a global leader in AI innovation and linguistic technology, in an exciting entry-level Data Analyst opportunity. You will work with a powerhouse team dedicated to training the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, playing a high-impact role in refining datasets that power transformative speech, text, and multimodal AI solutions on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include performing high-precision data labeling and dialogue evaluation across text, audio, and video modalities to improve ML model accuracy. You will also generate high-quality human insight data for Generative AI applications, ensuring strict adherence to project KPIs and quality guidelines. Furthermore, you will conduct root‑cause analysis on data errors, identify patterns to optimize the data training pipeline, and handle complex data tasks involving speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) inputs. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will be essential for clarifying internal queries and providing operational support for AI development lifecycles.
