The Role
You'll support the day-to-day running of a busy branch - from sales and service to logistics, stock management, and team leadership.
Working alongside the Branch Manager, you'll help ensure smooth operations, high performance, and standout customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales results
Oversee trade counter and operational activities (sales, stock, logistics, rostering)
Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships
Deputise for the Branch Manager when required
Uphold safety, efficiency, and service standards
Drive proactive business development and profitability
Candidate Profile
Experience in a supervisory or management role within builders providers, construction, or related trade supply
Strong commercial acumen and proven sales record
Good knowledge of building materials and trade products
Confident people leader with solid organisational skills
Customer-focused with a practical, hands-on approach
Full driving licence required
