We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our temporary team across various locations in Galway City. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience and skills in a professional catering environment.
* Cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools with the highest standards of hygiene
* Maintaining cleanliness throughout food preparation areas, including floors and surfaces
* Supporting with simple food preparation when required, ensuring efficient workflow
* Serving food and beverages professionally and maintaining a tidy presentation at all times
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Manual Handling certification (training available)
* HACCP or Food Safety certification (training available)
* Prior kitchen or catering experience advantageous, but not mandatory
* A positive attitude, enabling effective teamwork and adaptability
