Job Title: Financial Decision Maker
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Accountant to play a key financial role in our organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports, collaborating with senior management to interpret financial data.
2. Maintain and develop accounting systems, financial controls, and internal policies to support organizational efficiency.
3. Conduct detailed cost and revenue analysis and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including VAT, RCT, and premium taxes.
4. Support the annual audit process, assist with payroll accuracy, and develop specialist expertise in construction finance.
Requirements:
Minimum professional accountancy experience, ideally within the construction industry. Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and experience with accounting software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
