Renal Sales Professional
We are seeking a dedicated Renal Sales Professional to join our team.
* To educate and support customers on the correct use of company renal products, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth.
* Develop and nurture relationships with customers to optimise sales potential.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals in hospital and community settings as required.
* Commitment to delivering quality patient-focused services alongside the team.
* Service assigned accounts and suggest new products, developing new opportunities.
* Screen, evaluate and capitalise on business development opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver training programs to provide customers with comprehensive offerings of company renal products.
* Participate in tender completion, working with others to ensure timely delivery.
* Flexibility to travel across Ireland, visiting all customers.
* Ability to travel nationwide and internationally for attendance at conferences and training events.
* Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability/margins in line with targets.
* Monitor and feedback competitor activity to management.
* Maintain up-to-date customer and territory records through CRM and other report formats.
* Maximise use and sale of company products using high standards of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
* Uphold the reputation of the company at all times.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams as required.
* Undertake special projects specified by management.
* Act professionally to promote a positive image of the company.
Requirements:
A degree in Nursing with Renal Nursing experience is essential. Proven track record in a sales role is also required. Hospital and community care sales experience is advantageous, as is experience in Renal Therapies sales. Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with strong administrative, time management and IT skills. A clean full driving license and eligibility to work in Ireland are also mandatory.
