Kavanagh Crane hire Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a full time Office & Accounts Administrator.
The role is full time Monday to Friday & based at our Head Quarters at Craanford, Gorey & Co.
Wexford.
Key Duties & Responsibilities;
Sales Invoicing & Monthly Statement run
Liaise with customers in relation invoice queries
Liaise & assist the Sales & Operations Teams with customer specific requirements
Processing customer receipts
Receiving & routing of inbound calls
Travel Co-ordinator; sourcing accommodations for drivers.
Support Management & others with general office & ad-hoc administration
Candidate Requirements;
Prior Experience essential, on the job training will be given
Strong Attention to detail, & good time management.
Good communicator & friendly manner, confident & articulate operating within a busy office environment.
