West Cork Distillers was founded in **** by John O'Connell, Denis McCarthy and Ger McCarthy and has since grown to a team of 200 people based in our distillery in Skibbereen, Co.
Cork and our Waterford site Donohoe Drinks.

We are currently looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join our team in West Cork Distillers.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years' experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance/admin role.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Prepare and issue customer invoices across domestic and international markets in a timely manner for both our Skibbereen and Waterford sites.
Verify and reconcile invoices against goods inwards.
Track customer accounts in the finance system
Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
Liaise with Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation and invoicing
Process credit notes and resolve invoicing discrepancies promptly.
Generate regular reports on invoicing status
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit requests.

This role is based in our facility in Marsh Road, Skibbereen, Co.
Cork.
The standard working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Friday.
