Job Summary
Our global finance organization is seeking a skilled Senior Statutory Accountant to lead statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in statutory reporting within a multinational environment and be qualified as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent. They will also possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and KPI development.
* Prepare and review financial statements for various jurisdictions
* Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines
* Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and implement best practices
* Support internal and external audits with accurate data
* Oversee VAT and Intrastat calculations and filings
* Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) qualification
* Proven experience in statutory reporting within a multinational environment
* Strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with ERP systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
