The role of a Person in Charge is to provide high-quality support services. The ideal candidate would have experience working with autism.
The Manager will act as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
Key requirements include:
* A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting
* A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification
* Experience in managing residential services
* Level 6 management qualification
* Full driving license and access to own transport
* Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring that all services meet regulatory standards.
