* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles.
* Fluent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian to manage client relationships in the region.


Preferred qualifications:

* Experience in assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
* Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.
* Ability to craft narratives and use storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
* Experience managing a portfolio in advertising or media sales within Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, with a track record of exceeding quotas to drive growth.

Responsibilities

* Achieve quarterly business and product growth goals.
* Establish relationships via calls or email marketing; conduct regular consultations and sales pitches to advise clients on maximizing their Google Ads investment.
* Prioritize accounts, address concerns, and measure campaign results effectively.
* Manage a portfolio of small businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning quarterly achievements.
* Drive customer growth by delivering excellent sales experiences and meeting business and marketing objectives.
