**Job Overview:**

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of sales objectives within a specified territory. This role requires strong leadership skills, regulatory compliance expertise, and a proven track record in retail finance sales and service.



**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and agree on a Territory business plan to implement strategies for retaining existing and growing new business.
* Maximize return on investment and ensure consistency in business strategy.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage business development and lead generation activities in the Territory.
* Generate revenue and increase the number of new customers.



**Requirements:**

* Full Valid Driver's Licence.
* Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours for the relevant CPD years.
* At least a few years of validated experience in retail finance sales and service ideally at Branch Manager Level.
