Location: Hybrid (City HQ & Rescue Operations Centre)
We’re looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager to lead our 24/7 rescue services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong people leadership, and knows how to deliver exceptional service performance.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and support a high-performing team delivering roadside rescue services
* Drive operational KPIs and ensure delivery against service SLAs
* Manage change initiatives, including digital and automation projects
* Collaborate across departments and with external service partners
* Support a culture focused on customer satisfaction and service quality
What you bring:
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Data-driven approach to performance and resource management
* Commercial awareness and project/change management skills
* APA/CIP qualification or willingness to achieve it
