Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to drive risk management, compliance, and operational excellence across our global network.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will lead delivery of complex change initiatives aligned to regulatory requirements, executing and overseeing contractual arrangements with providers, establishing new membership agreements when needed, and managing regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
* Additionally, they will maintain robust project reporting tools and governance controls, support operations in onboarding new securities/cash accounts and asset transitions, and provide expert advice on business analysis and process improvement.
* Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with global change initiatives.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on KYC compliance and reporting.
