My client, based in county Clare, is looking to hire a temporary Dispatch Clerk to cover maternity leave.
This role will be based between their Bunratty and Ennis office with 2-3 days in each office per week.
Pay rate: €***** per hour Hours of work: 8am - 5pm Contract length: 7 months Start date: ASAP Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring optimal transport routing and accurate docket processing Complete daily cash reconciliations Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office Report any complaints or safety concerns to the Location Manager Manage and maintain Dispatch reports with accuracy File delivery dockets and time sheets in line with purchase orders Process all orders efficiently and within required time frames Various other ad hoc duties Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in logistics is desired but not essential Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed Excellent organisational and administrative capability Clear and confident communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Recruiter: Amee Mullen
