This is a luxurious country house hotel located in County Meath, Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Banqueting Manager to oversee the efficient daily operation of weddings and events at our five-star hotel.

* Supervise, mentor, develop and train team members to achieve exceptional results.
* Respond to customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure accurate cash and stock control procedures are followed at all times.
* Contribute to achieving departmental revenue and cost targets through effective management practices.
* Ensure that the hotel's mission and core values are upheld at all times.
* Collaborate with the Sales Department to maximize wedding and event sales opportunities.
* Comply with health and safety regulations and adhere to HACCP guidelines.
* Assist with daily operations in the main hotel as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a four/five-star hotel environment. They should have comprehensive knowledge of banqueting operations, including cash and stock control systems. The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent attention to detail, proven team leadership skills and superior communication abilities (fluent English, written and verbal).
