Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This role involves operating food and beverage service according to standard operating procedures, ensuring timely setup and maintenance of food and beverage areas, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness. The successful candidate will also be responsible for controlling heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere and providing efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property (desired but not essential)
* Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Micros Experience would be preferable
