Record Management Expertise Sought
A leading aircraft engine records and documentation team is seeking a skilled professional to join their technical services division.
The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, organized, and proficient in managing complex data sets within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include the creation of Engine Phase-Out Documentation Packages from historical and current engine documents, as well as liaising with internal departments and external vendors to compile and verify back-to-birth (BtB) records.
Additionally, this role requires interpreting engine maintenance manuals and life-limited part (LLP) data to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards. The selected individual will utilize specialized computer systems to track, review, and archive LLP documentation and engine maintenance records.
As a key member of the Technical Services Provision team, this expert will resolve missing or incorrect paperwork issues by coordinating with international stakeholders. Regular reports will be compiled to track project status and documentation progress across multiple engines.
Staying up-to-date with relevant Airworthiness Directives and technical documentation changes is also crucial for this position.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle highly technical, compliance-driven documentation.
* Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and technical understanding.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Familiarity with SAP and technical recordkeeping systems (training provided).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Knowledge of aircraft or engine maintenance (desirable, but not essential).
* Qualification in aircraft records or Diploma in Aviation or related area.
