Project Controls Quantity Surveyor - Ireland, Roscommon - 12 Month Contract
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Project Controls Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world's biggest health problems.
What You'll Do
Report to various stakeholders including the Project Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
Collaborate with internal teams and engineering partners to develop project cost estimates, cash flows, and financial plans aligned with the project schedule.
Review and challenge capital cost estimates provided by engineering partners to ensure accuracy and value for money.
Provide expert advice on building economics and cost management to support project teams.
What you'll need:
Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS Degree essential).
Extensive experience in cost control, ideally within CAPEX or investment projects.
Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
