About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and broader operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about improving processes and driving operational excellence.
As the Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating cross-departmental projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the COO in executing operational strategies and organizational initiatives.
Coordinate and monitor cross-departmental projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and KPIs.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and performance.
Assist with preparation of executive reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings.
Serve as a liaison between departments to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Help manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning as needed.
Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and data systems related to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support (experience supporting senior leadership is a plus).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
