Corporate Events Business Development ExecutiveA Corporate Events Business Development Executive is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our Cork-based client, a long-established internationally recognised non‑profit organisation and registered charity.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure corporate clients for conferences, events, and venue hire.Build and manage a strong pipeline across corporate, public sector, NGO, and membership networks.Develop tailored corporate packages and partnerships.Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences for clients.Plan and deliver corporate events, family event days, conferences, and team‑building programmes.Manage events from enquiry to post‑event follow‑up.Lead implementation of an internal booking system for event spaces.Coordinate room set‑up, AV, and all logistics for events.Ensure all events and experiences reflect client’s mission and brand.QualificationsExperience in business development, sales, events, or venue management.Proven ability to generate and convert commercial opportunities.Proven track record in planning and delivering professional events.Experience in tourism, hospitality, or attractions sector an advantage.Interest in conservation or environmental sustainability an advantage.
