Deputy Manager Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Support senior management with daily store operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence.
* Drive sales growth by monitoring performance and identifying trends.
* Ensure a welcoming environment for customers through high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality; confident public engagement and exceptional service delivery. Previous supervisory or assistant management experience is advantageous. Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills required.
