Your role at Beacon Renal We are seeking a compassionate Dialysis Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and professional environment.This will include medical, nursing, administrative and technical personnel.
You will provide holistic, patient centred care and specialty nursing care to Renal patients in an environment where quality, respect and compassion are at the centre of everything we do.
You will plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practiced within Beacon Renal Units.
The ideal candidate will have the following: NMBI-registered Nurse (mandatory).
Postgraduate Qualification in Renal Care (advantageous but not essential).
Dialysis experience preferred, but ICU, Cardiac, Phlebotomy, or ED experience also considered.
Strong communication, IT, and administrative skills.
A patient-focused, flexible, and professional approach.
